Stalin\u2019in &#8220;hediyesi&#8221; olan bu yap\u0131, t\u00fcm o ta\u015f i\u015flemeleri ve otoriter heybetiyle adeta ge\u00e7mi\u015fin bir hayaleti gibi kentin \u00fczerinde s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ancak hemen yan\u0131nda g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc delen cam ve \u00e7elik y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 modern g\u00f6kdelenler, bu hayalete meydan okuyor.
