K\u0131r\u0131m Han\u0131 Murat Giray\u2019\u0131n, Merzifonlu\u2019ya duydu\u011fu \u015fahsi kin sebebiyle Kahlenberg tepelerinden s\u00fcz\u00fclen Leh ordusunu durdurmamas\u0131, tarihin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiren o me\u015fum ihanetti.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bKatedralin g\u00f6lgesinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrken akl\u0131m\u0131zda hep o soru vard\u0131: Neden olmad\u0131?<br \/>\n1683\u2019te Merzifonlu Kara Mustafa Pa\u015fa, Viyana\u2019ya bir fatih olarak de\u011fil, adeta bir a\u015f\u0131k gibi gelmi\u015fti. \u015eehri ya\u011fmalat\u0131p sanat eserlerine zarar vermemek i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi o &#8220;ikircikli&#8221; tutum, askerlerin motivasyonunu k\u0131rarken Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n birle\u015fmesine ve yard\u0131m gelmesi i\u00e7in zaman kazand\u0131rd\u0131. K\u0131r\u0131m Han\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tepedeki sessizli\u011fi ve Jan Sobieski\u2019nin arkadan ku\u015fatmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanan bu yenilgi, sadece bir sava\u015f\u0131n kayb\u0131 de\u011fil, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Avrupa\u2019daki alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kapan\u0131\u015f\u0131yd\u0131.
