Meslek hayat\u0131na Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda ba\u015flayan Ayvaz, uzun y\u0131llar \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapt\u0131ktan sonra Din \u00d6\u011fretimi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u011fitim, organize ve akademik g\u00f6revlerde bulundu. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u00d6\u011fretim Programlar\u0131 ve Materyalleri Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131'nda, \u00d6\u011frenme S\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve Sosyal Etkinlikler Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131'nda ve son olarak da Ara\u015ft\u0131rma-Geli\u015ftirme ve Projeler (AR-GE) Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131'nda koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fck g\u00f6revlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndaki g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi boyunca \u00f6zellikle din \u00f6\u011fretimi, program geli\u015ftirme, \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve proje y\u00f6netimi alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Akademik birikimini \u00fcniversite ortam\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131mak \u00fczere Ayvaz, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Ocak ay\u0131nda Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi unvan\u0131yla Giresun \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi, Temel \u0130slam Bilimleri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, Tasavvuf Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019na atand\u0131. H\u00e2len ayn\u0131 fak\u00fcltede g\u00f6rev yapmakta olup tasavvuf tarihi, tasavvuf psikolojisi, tevhid doktrini, manev\u00ee geli\u015fim, ki\u015filik ve nefis terbiyesi gibi konularda lisans ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc dersler vermektedir.
