Para ellerine ge\u00e7ti\u011finde e\u015fini ve arabas\u0131n\u0131 ilk \u00f6nce de\u011fi\u015ftirir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlara g\u00f6re medeni olmak budur ve yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00e7evresine ancak bu \u015fekilde intibak sa\u011flayabilir ve onlardan \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00e7 alabilirler.<\/p>\n<p>Bedevilik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u015fehirde hele g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn t\u00fcm \u015fehirlerinde \u00fcstelik en zengin ve sosyetik b\u00f6lgelerinde de g\u00f6rebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Bedevi ruhlu olan, parayla her \u015feyi sat\u0131n alabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr ve paras\u0131 olmayan insan\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmser. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u201cSon model arabas\u0131yla Avusturya\u2019daki okuluna giden Arap Prensi\u2019nin, s\u0131ra arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ara\u00e7lar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in metroyla gelmesi \u00fczerine durumu babas\u0131na bildirip arabayla gitmeme izni isteyen o\u011flunun hesab\u0131na milyon dolarlar\u0131 g\u00f6ndererek tren almas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmesidir\u201d bedevilik.<\/p>\n<p>Badi a\u015famas\u0131nda olan\u0131n medeniyet tasavvuru olmaz. T\u0131pk\u0131 namuslu g\u00f6z\u00fckse de fahi\u015fe ruhlu kad\u0131n gibidir.<\/p>\n<p>Onlar\u0131n medeniyetten anlad\u0131klar\u0131 Mo\u011follar\u0131n anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6teye gitmez. Irz\u0131na ge\u00e7ilecek, tecav\u00fcz edilecek ve hoyrat\u00e7a harcanacak bir unsur olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcrler ve hatta gereksiz de bulurlar. Onlar i\u00e7in incelmi\u015f zevkler gereksizdir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc getirisi yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumu en g\u00fczel \u0130bn Haldun anlam\u0131\u015f ve anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r Asabiyet teorisinde\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bedevi olan\u0131n kitapla da aras\u0131 hep a\u00e7\u0131k olmu\u015ftur. \u201c\u00c7ok kitap okuyan kafay\u0131 \u00fc\u015f\u00fct\u00fcr\u201d diyerek de kendisini hakl\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, ama yeni atlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131fta k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00f6z\u00fckmek i\u00e7in de hep kitapla dola\u015f\u0131r. Evinin bir k\u00f6\u015fesinde g\u00fczel ciltli kitaplarda olu\u015fan bir k\u00fct\u00fcphane de kurmaktan geri durmaz. Hatta resimleri hep kitaplar\u0131n yan\u0131nda vererek ne kadar k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc oldu\u011funu ispatlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bedevi k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc olan birisini siz belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 da yapsan\u0131z; \u015fehri imar etme i\u015fini sadece bina yapma, yol yapma, \u00e7\u00f6p toplama olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr, insanlar\u0131n zihnindeki \u00e7\u00f6pleri toplamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmez, kitaba de\u011fer vermez, k\u00fct\u00fcphane kurma, kitap da\u011f\u0131tma i\u015fini kendi i\u015fi olarak g\u00f6rmez. Belediyeyi sadece kanalizasyon ve imar i\u015fi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bedevilikten kurtulamam\u0131\u015f birisinin imar\u0131 da \u015fehrin \u0131rz\u0131na ge\u00e7mesi ile olur, estetik duygulardan yoksundur, zarif de\u011fildir, kibar de\u011fildir. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 nezaket c\u00fcmleleri bile ezberdir ve diline a\u011f\u0131r gelir, v\u00fccut diline uymaz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunu i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmemi\u015ftir. Yazara h\u00fcrmetin bilgiye h\u00fcrmet oldu\u011funu da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o, g\u00fcce tapar ve g\u00fcc\u00fc de servette g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Halbuki as\u0131l g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan\u0131n ilim adamlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu da bilmez.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 ultra l\u00fcks restaurantlara veya otellere gitti\u011fimde bu bedevili\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcm\u2026 Her ne kadar son model ara\u00e7larla gelseler de kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fof\u00f6rleri a\u00e7sa da bedevilikleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Daha ilk ad\u0131mda etrafa ne kadar alafranga olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ispatlama tela\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ferler ve ilk kelimeleri Merci olur, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar i\u00e7in bu, \u00e7ok mukaddes bir kelimedir, bir s\u0131n\u0131f atlama c\u00fcmlesidir. Onlar s\u0131n\u0131f atlaman\u0131n sadece para ile olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 san\u0131rlar ama asl\u0131nda her s\u0131n\u0131f bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr de sat\u0131n al\u0131nmaz, \u00f6\u011frenilmez; ya\u015fan\u0131r ve yeti\u015ftirilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle biz e\u011fitimi bir terbiye olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Buradaki terbiye bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel basamakt\u0131r, yani bedevilikten hadarili\u011fe ge\u00e7i\u015fin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015feklidir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz insanlar\u0131n bedevi mi medeni mi olduklar\u0131n\u0131 e\u015fya ile ili\u015fkilerine bakarak anlayabiliriz. Hatta k\u0131yafetlerindeki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131klar da onlar\u0131n g\u00f6steri\u015f meraklar\u0131n\u0131 yani bedeviliklerini g\u00f6sterir. Hele marka tak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 veya markalar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karma huyu, tamamen sonradan g\u00f6rmektir ve bedeviliktir. Bu t\u00fcr insanlardan \u015feytandan ka\u00e7ar gibi ka\u00e7man\u0131z\u0131 tavsiye ederim. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar\u0131n beyni ufac\u0131kt\u0131r, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 gurur ve \u00f6fke aras\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131zlar\u0131n medenilikten anlad\u0131klar\u0131 da ultra a\u00e7\u0131k giyinmektir. T\u0131pk\u0131 T\u00fcrkan \u015eoray\u2019\u0131n k\u00f6yden \u015fehre gelip otelde \u015f\u0131k elbiseler giyerek bir anda jet sosyeteye sokulmas\u0131 gibidir\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bizim medeniyet tasavvurumuz ve iddiam\u0131z kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz medeniyet olarak binay\u0131 ve arabalar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz; ilmi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, sanat\u0131, sanayiyi, ticareti ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 g\u00f6rmeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Bizde iktidara gelmek de bir s\u0131n\u0131f atlama ve hatta bir ya\u011fmalama olay\u0131d\u0131r, yani o siyaset\u00e7ilerin hizmetten anlad\u0131klar\u0131 kendilerine hizmet edecek bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Onlar \u201cdevletin mal\u0131 deniz\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n somut halidirler. Devlet, bizde hep nimet ve rant\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer olmu\u015f, medeniyet yap\u0131c\u0131 unsur olmam\u0131\u015f, iktidarlar\u0131m\u0131z ve iktidar de\u011fi\u015fimlerimiz hep kanl\u0131 olmu\u015f, kendi karde\u015fimizi bile g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fte bu, bedeviliktir yani k\u00fclt\u00fcrlenmemi\u015fliktir.<\/p>\n<p>Bizim \u00f6ncelikle bir medeniyet tasavvuru olu\u015fturmam\u0131z, iddiam\u0131z\u0131 ortaya koymam\u0131z, fikirsel alt yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yani teorimizi in\u015fa etmemiz gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Medeniyet i\u00e7in \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirmemiz ve yeti\u015ftirmemiz gerekir, ama bizde \u00e7ocuklara verilen \u201cBen ya\u015famad\u0131m o ya\u015fas\u0131n\u201d duygusu, analar\u0131n da k\u0131zlara verdi\u011fi \u201cKendi aya\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine dikilsin ve ezilmesin\u201d bilincidir. \u0130\u015fte bu, h\u00e2l\u00e2 bedevilikten kurtulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Medeniyet tasavvurunun yerle\u015fti\u011fi toplumlarda bu t\u00fcr s\u00f6ylemlere ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaz \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc herkesin konumu ve rol\u00fc bellidir. Medenilik art\u0131k bir davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131b\u0131 olmu\u015ftur onlarda, i\u00e7selle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bizim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerimiz, teorisyenlerimiz ve fikir adamlar\u0131m\u0131z yoktur. Biz de bol miktarda mukallit ve \u015fekilci vard\u0131r. K\u0131yafet tak\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ki\u015filer vard\u0131r. K\u0131yafetle alim, din adam\u0131, medeni, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 sanan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck beyinliler vard\u0131r. Bu duruma en b\u00fcy\u00fck ele\u015ftiriyi Yunus Emre yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: \u201cDERV\u0130\u015eL\u0130K OLSAYDI T\u00c2C \u0130LE HIRKA \/ B\u0130Z DAH\u0130 ALIRDIK OTUZA KIRKA\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bizim alim dediklerimiz de sadece nakilcidir ve yeni bir \u015fey \u00fcretmedikleri gibi \u00fcretmeye de korkarlar ve hatta tekrarlad\u0131klar\u0131 bilginin k\u00fcnh\u00fcne de vak\u0131f olmazlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bizim manevi merkezlerimiz de paraya yenilmi\u015f ve birer saraya -ranta- d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Oralara giden bir insan\u0131n d\u00fcnyan\u0131n s\u00fcfli hayat\u0131ndan kopup uhrevi bir h\u00e2le girmek yerine saray hayat\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve bu durum g\u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, bedevili\u011fi yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve bir medeniyet olarak pazarlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oralarda konu\u015fulan uhrevilik de\u011fil hep yeni l\u00fcks yap\u0131lar, okullar, i\u015f kap\u0131lar\u0131, rant ve para olmu\u015ftur. Para t\u00fcm maneviyat\u0131 sarsm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlara \u0130bni Arabi\u2019nin s\u00f6z\u00fcyle cevap vermek gerekir: \u201cTAPTIKLARINIZ AYA\u011eIMIN ALTINDADIR\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Okullar\u0131m\u0131z birer hapishane, ilim merkezlerimiz de dogmatik bilgilerin tekrarland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hatta onun da \u00f6tesinde birer i\u015f ve i\u015f\u00e7i yeti\u015ftirme merkezi h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. Buradan sadece daha iyi<\/p>\n<p>birer amele ve k\u00f6le yeti\u015fir, ama ilim adam\u0131, din adam\u0131, sanat\u00e7\u0131, teorisyen, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, filozof yeti\u015fmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar\u0131n hayatla ba\u011flar\u0131 kopmu\u015f, d\u00fcnya tasavvuru ve alg\u0131lar\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 ill\u00fczyonu g\u00f6zlerini bozmu\u015f, ruhlar\u0131 esaret zincirine vurulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Biz medeniyet tasavvurunu yitirmi\u015f, taklit\u00e7i bile olamam\u0131\u015f ilkel bir palya\u00e7o haline gelmi\u015fiz. En k\u0131sa zamanda ruhumuzu bu bedevilikten kurtarmam\u0131z gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eERH<\/p>\n<p>Burada biz bedevileri tart\u0131\u015fm\u0131yoruz, bir davran\u0131\u015f \u015feklini tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Olay\u0131 bedevi noktas\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p mefhumdan uzakla\u015fmayal\u0131m. Mesele Badi veya \u015fehir de\u011fil, medeniyet ve medeniyetsizliktir.<\/p>\n<p>EK<\/p>\n<p>Medeniyetler Badilerde de\u011fil, \u015fehirlerde b\u00fcy\u00fcr. Bu nedenle bizde medeniyet, \u015fehir anlam\u0131ndaki Medine\u2019den gelir.<\/p>\n<p>Bedevilik, teorisi yine \u0130bn Haldun\u2019a aittir ve orada Asabiyet kuram\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu kurama g\u00f6re t\u00fcm b\u00fcy\u00fck medeniyetler \u00f6nce bedevidir. Daha sonra \u015fehirle\u015ferek medeni olur ve medeniyet kurarlar. Bunun tersi k\u00f6y k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Mesele bir medeniyet ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr meselesidir. G\u00f6\u00e7ebelerin yerle\u015fik hayata ge\u00e7mesi ile k\u00f6yler ve k\u00f6ylerin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ile \u015fehirler ard\u0131ndan medeniyetler olu\u015fur.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyet T\u00fcrkiye\u2019si h\u00e2l\u00e2 bedevidir, medenile\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Kendi medeniyet tasavvurunu olu\u015fturamam\u0131\u015f, yamal\u0131 boh\u00e7ad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00fclkenin dindarlar\u0131 da laikleri de T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc de K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fc de vd. bedevidir. Medeniyet kurma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, bilinci ve s\u00f6ylemleri yoktur. An\u0131 ya\u015fama ve zevk ile iktifa etmektedirler. Belki de bizi en iyi tan\u0131tacak felsefe hedonizimdir. Medeniyet tasavvuru olanlar, g\u00f6receli ekonomik olarak rahat oldu\u011fumuz d\u00f6nemlerde bilime, sanata ve ekonomik kalk\u0131nm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011fa yat\u0131r\u0131m yapacaklar\u0131na bol bol rahat ya\u015fama ve zinaya y\u00f6neldiler. Bu bedeviliktir, ya\u011fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr, medeniyet tasavvuru bilinci ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Siyaset yapman\u0131n amac\u0131 \u00fclkeyi kalk\u0131nd\u0131rmak veya medeniyet alan\u0131nda bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmak de\u011fil, ranttan pay almak ve kendi klan\u0131na\/fikirda\u015flar\u0131na mevzi kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Halbuki medeni toplumlarda siyaset bir y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imidir ve daha iyi hizmet sunma ekseninde yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lkel toplumlarda muhalefetin amac\u0131 hizmet etmek de\u011fil, ben de ranttan pay almak istiyorum, niye bana verilmiyor eksenindedir. \u0130ktidara gelindi\u011finde sanki \u00fclke Mo\u011fol sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na u\u011fram\u0131\u015f gibi her \u015fey yeniden \u015fekillenir, ya\u011fmalan\u0131r, rant payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olur. Muhalefete d\u00fc\u015fen ve nimetlerden kopar\u0131lanlar da iyice bilenip bir sonraki ikbal da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fanslar\u0131n\u0131 denerler. \u0130lkel devletlerde her iktidar de\u011fi\u015fimi, sanki \u00fclkenin ba\u015fka ellere ge\u00e7mesi gibi olur, muhalefet de hizmet amac\u0131yla de\u011fil de sanki \u00fclkeyi d\u00fc\u015fmandan kurtar\u0131yormu\u015f gibi mevzilenir. Bu devletlerde iktidar ve muhalefet yapanlar birbirlerine g\u00fcvenmez, herkes birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 mevzilenir. S\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fimi hep kanl\u0131 veya bask\u0131 \u015feklinde olur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizin t\u00fcm ya\u015fam ve siyaseti de \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f bir Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkesi modelinden \u00f6teye ge\u00e7emez, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bedevilik iliklerine kadar i\u015flenmi\u015f ve bu i\u00e7selle\u015fme, do\u011fal kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Medeniyet tasavvuru yoktur. Kendilerini geli\u015ftirme s\u00f6ylemi yoktur. Su\u00e7lu hep ba\u015fkas\u0131 olur, kendileri asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok iyidir. Hep mazlumdur ama g\u00fcc\u00fc ald\u0131klar\u0131nda farkl\u0131 bir \u015fey yapmazlar sadece zalimler mazlum, mazlumlar da zalim olur. G\u00fc\u00e7 kutsald\u0131r ve en mutlak hakikat g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr, herkes g\u00fc\u00e7ten anlar ve g\u00fcce tapar.
