Mehmet Sait Ulu\u00e7ay\u2019\u0131n kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, Mustafa Sar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n edit\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde okuyucuyla bulu\u015fan <em>Zeytun: Bir \u0130syan Roman\u0131<\/em>, i\u015fte b\u00f6yle bir anlat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Roman, yaln\u0131zca bir tarihi yeniden hat\u0131rlatmakla kalm\u0131yor; ayn\u0131 zamanda okuru, adalet, aidiyet, kimlik ve direni\u015f gibi zamana diren\u00e7li kavramlarla y\u00fczle\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>176 sayfal\u0131k hacmine ra\u011fmen, 19 b\u00f6l\u00fcme s\u0131\u011fd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu anlat\u0131, duygu yo\u011funlu\u011fu ve tarihi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fiyle hacminden \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etki b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Okur, kelimeler aras\u0131nda ilerledik\u00e7e yaln\u0131zca bir anlat\u0131y\u0131 takip etmiyor; ayn\u0131 zamanda karla kapl\u0131 da\u011flar\u0131n, kana bulanm\u0131\u015f sokaklar\u0131n, ta\u015f duvarlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndaki insanl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131 hissediyor. H\u0131n\u00e7ak komitesi, bu sava\u015f\u0131n karanl\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc temsil eder. Miralay \u0130ffet Bey\u2019in k\u0131\u015flay\u0131 savunma \u00e7abas\u0131, ileti\u015fim hatlar\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesi ve \u015fehrin suyunun durdurulmas\u0131yla zay\u0131flar. A\u00e7l\u0131k, susuzluk ve d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyadan kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k i\u00e7inde savunmas\u0131z kalan asker\u00ee birlik, \u00e7aresizce d\u00fc\u015fer.
