Bahar bayram\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar k\u0131\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p bahara ula\u015fmadan dolay\u0131 kutlama yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Nevruz gelene\u011finin kuzey yar\u0131mk\u00fcre asya milletleri aras\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olmas\u0131 da bunu g\u00f6sterir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 21 Mart kuzey yar\u0131m k\u00fcrede ilkbahar\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken ayn\u0131 tarihte g\u00fcney yar\u0131m k\u00fcre k\u0131\u015fa haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">T\u00fcm Asya ve Anadolu ilk\u00e7a\u011f halklar\u0131 bahar\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu g\u00fcn\u00fc sadece bir tabiat olay\u0131 olarak kutlam\u0131\u015f, zamanla buna bir \u00e7ok felsefi anlamlar y\u00fcklenmi\u015ftir. Hatta \u0130ran&#8217;\u0131n milli takvimin y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131s\u0131 da 21 Mart oldu\u011fu gibi Celali takviminin de ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 odur ve 1984 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar da bizim mali y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131m\u0131z da 21 Mart&#8217;t\u0131.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Zerd\u00fc\u015ftler, bu takvimi kendi dinsel kimlikleriyle yeniden formel haline getirince tabiki dinsel simgelerini de olaya dahil etmekten kendilerini alamad\u0131lar ve 21 Mart kutlamalar\u0131na ate\u015fin \u00fczerinden atlama gelene\u011fini de eklediler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Zerd\u00fc\u015ft inanc\u0131nda iyilik tanr\u0131z\u0131 Ahuramazda&#8217;y\u0131 ate\u015f simgelemektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Ahuramazda&#8217;n\u0131n di\u011fer ad\u0131 olan H\u00fcrm\u00fcz&#8217;de bu 21 Mart g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc veya g\u00fcne\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 21 Mart g\u00fcn\u00fcn ad\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu dine g\u00f6re de kutsal bir g\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Zerdu\u015ftluk, Bahailik ve Yezidilikte ayn\u0131 zamanda bayramd\u0131r.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">BAHARIN BA\u015eLANGICI<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tar\u0131m toplumlar\u0131nda ilkbahar \u00f6nemli bir yer tutar. Bu toplumlar\u0131n t\u00fcm hareket ve eksenleri tar\u0131m \u00e7er\u00e7evesindedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ilkbahar\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc onlar\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">D\u0130PNOT<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Eskiden nevruz \u00fclkemizde yasakt\u0131. K\u00fcrt bayram\u0131 diye tepki g\u00f6sterilirdi. Her nevruz kan d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcr ortam gerilirdi. Sonra T\u00fcrki Cumhuriyetlerle ili\u015fki kurulunca Nevruz&#8217;un oradakilerin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yer kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc ve ard\u0131ndan Nevruz bir T\u00fcrk g\u00fcn\u00fcym\u00fc\u015f denilerek serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131 (1995).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">T\u00fcm \u0130slam tarihinde M\u00fcsl\u00fcman devletler bu g\u00fcnlerin kutlamas\u0131na izin verdikleri gibi alimler de bu konuda ses \u00e7\u0131karmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Kaynaklar Hz. Muaviye d\u00f6neminde Nevruz ve Mihrican g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn kutland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu g\u00fcnde Farisilerin adeti olan h\u00fck\u00fcmdara hediye verme gelene\u011finin s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bu hediyelerin Emevi h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131na verildi\u011fini, daha sonra da Abbasi h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtirler. Hatta hz. Muaviye d\u00f6neminde toplanan bu hediyelerin (para) 10.000 dinar y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcne ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 da belirtilir. Bundan dolay\u0131 da hi\u00e7bir sahabi ve tabiin aliminin y\u00f6neticileri k\u0131namad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u015eERH<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u015eimdi nevruz olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kavga d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve serbest oldu\u011fundan fark\u0131nda bile olmuyoruz. Bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok sakin bir nevruz g\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fad\u0131k. Demek ki bask\u0131 olmay\u0131nca sorun da olmuyor. Kim nas\u0131l inan\u0131r veya bu g\u00fcne hangi anlam\u0131 y\u00fcklerse y\u00fcklesin \u00f6nemli de\u011fil. Ama bilinen ger\u00e7ek bug\u00fcn ilkbahar\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc ve ekinoks&#8217;tur. Ayr\u0131ca ger\u00e7ek y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 asl\u0131nda 21 Mart&#8217;t\u0131r. Hristiyanlar\u0131n takvimindeki 1 Ocak ger\u00e7ek bir y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 olmay\u0131p tam y\u0131l\u0131n ve k\u0131\u015f\u0131n ortas\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131\u015f\u0131n ortas\u0131 ve bir mevsimin ortas\u0131 nas\u0131l y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 oluyor o da ayr\u0131 bir tart\u0131\u015fma konusu. \u0130n\u015fallah onu da y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131nda uzun uzun yazar\u0131z.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">HA\u015e\u0130YE<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">NEVRUZ VE \u0130SLAM<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Nevroz ile ilgili yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlere \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar veya okudu\u011funu anlamayan insanlar i\u00e7in i\u015fin bu boyutunu da a\u00e7\u0131klamak zorunluluk haline geldi.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Hz. Enesin aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, Hz. Peygamber Medine\u2019ye geldiklerinde Medinelilerin e\u011flenip oynad\u0131klar\u0131 iki g\u00fcnlerinin oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frendi. Bu g\u00fcnler \u201cneyin nesidir\u201d diye sordu. Medineliler de; \u201cBiz cahiliyye devrinde bu g\u00fcnlerde e\u011flenirdik\u201d dediler. Hz. Peygamber \u201cMuhakkak Allah taala, size bug\u00fcnlerin yerine daha iyilerini, Kurban ve Ramazan bayramlar\u0131n\u0131 l\u00fctuf olarak verdi\u201d buyurdu (en-NESE\u0130, 1981: 3-4, 265). Hadisin orjinalinde nevruz ve mihracen g\u00fcnleri ifadesi ge\u00e7memektedir. Fakat alimler bahsedilen bu iki g\u00fcn\u00fcn bu g\u00fcnler oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015flerdir. Halbuki Medine&#8217;de Mecusi veya \u0130ranl\u0131 yoktu. Bu durum, Araplar\u0131n \u0130ran etkisinde kal\u0131p bu iki g\u00fcn\u00fc ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde bizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrmektedir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Yine Peygamber(s.a.v.) efendimiz \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdular: \u201cKim bir toplulu\u011fa benzemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa, o kimse onlardan olur.\u201d(Tirmizi ve M\u00fcslim) buradaki ilke ba\u015fka toplumlara (\u00f6zellikle gayri m\u00fcslimlere) benzemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamak \u00fczerinde vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, benzemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan adet ve geleneklerin gayri islami olmas\u0131 veya onlar\u0131n dinlerinden gelen bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu duruma noel kutlamalar\u0131 da girmektedir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Eski d\u00f6nemlerde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu konudaki durumlar\u0131 kesindi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc daha farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler \u0130slamla\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ama \u0130ran ve Asya toplumlar\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015f\u0131nca eski geleneklerini birden kopar\u0131p atamad\u0131lar. Bu geleneklerini \u0130slam boyas\u0131yla boyad\u0131lar. Mesela \u015fiiler bu g\u00fcn\u00fc gadiri hum gunu, hz. Ali&#8217;nin Peygamberin omuzuna \u00e7\u0131karak Kabe&#8217;deki putlar\u0131 k\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn ve Mehdi&#8217;nin gelece\u011fi g\u00fcn \u015feklinde yeniden dizayn ettiler.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u0130SLAM AL\u0130MLER\u0130N TUTUMU<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Alimlerin bu konudaki tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 grupland\u0131rmak gerekir fakat temel ilke \u015fudur:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1. Bug\u00fcndeki kutlamalar\u0131 tamamen red edenler yukar\u0131daki hadise dayanarak red etmi\u015flerdir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. Red etmeyip suk\u00fct edenler ise art\u0131k bu toplumlar da M\u00fcsl\u00fcmna oldu\u011fundan bunu ate\u015fperest bir anlay\u0131\u015fla yapmayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleriden dolay\u0131d\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. Bu g\u00fcn\u00fc bir ibadet olarak de\u011fil sadece bahar bayram\u0131 olarak bir do\u011fal olay olarak kutlay\u0131p e\u011flence tertip eden avamlar oldu\u011fundan sukut etmi\u015flerdir.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">4. \u0130ran ve Hind toplumlar\u0131na yak\u0131n olup bu toplumlar\u0131n \u0130slamla\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olan kesilerine yak\u0131n olan alimler bu g\u00fcnlerin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar taraf\u0131ndan da kutlanmas\u0131na kesinlikle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u0130m\u00e2m-\u0131 Rabb\u00e2n\u00ee Hazretleri, (Mekt\u00fbbat)\u0131nda buyuruyor ki:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cHind\u00fblar\u0131n bayram g\u00fcnlerine (ve ate\u015fe tapanlar\u0131n Nevruz g\u00fcnlerine ve H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n Noel gecelerine ve di\u011fer paskalyalar\u0131na) h\u00fcrmet etmek ve o zamanlarda onlar\u0131n \u00e2detlerini onlar gibi yapmak asla M\u00fcsl\u00fcmana yak\u0131\u015fmaz.\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">5. Kesin olarak red eden \u0130kinci k\u0131s\u0131m ise, \u0130mam-\u0131 Birgivi\u2019nin Vasiyetname adl\u0131 eserinde \u015f\u00f6yledir: \u201cKafirlerin kulland\u0131klar\u0131 ve yapt\u0131klar\u0131 haram olan ve k\u00fcf\u00fcr alameti bulunan \u015feyleri m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n yapmalar\u0131 durumunda harama ve k\u00fcfre d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011fidir.\u201d Bunlar\u0131n haricinde:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201c\u00d6l\u00fcm ile tehdit, bir uzvu kesmek, mal\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 telef etmek, hapis ve \u015fidetli dayak gibi ciddi bir tehdit olamadan, o t\u00fcr \u015feylerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 asla do\u011fru olmayaca\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bilmeyerek veya \u015faka olarak herkesi g\u00fcld\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in yapan k\u00fcfre girer. B\u00fcy\u00fck Kostantin\u2019in h\u0131r\u0131tiyanl\u0131k dinine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Noel gecesini ve cem\u015fid\u2019in uydurdu\u011fu Nevruzu milli bayram olarak tan\u0131t\u0131yorlar. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bunlara aldanmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bilgisizlik \u00f6z\u00fcr de\u011fildir. Farzlar\u0131 ve haramlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek Allah\u2019\u0131n emridir. Bunlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmeyeler ayr\u0131ca bu y\u00fczden g\u00fcnaha girerler.\u201d Menavi ve Cami\u00fcssa\u011f\u0131r\u2019daki bir hadis-i \u015ferifte Peygamber(s.a.v.)efendimiz \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdular:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201c\u0130\u015flenen bir g\u00fcnahta alime bir misli, cahile iki misli yaz\u0131l\u0131r.\u201d diye haber verince Sahabeler sordular: \u201cEy Allah\u2019\u0131n Rasul\u00fc ni\u00e7in b\u00f6yledir?\u201d Rasulullah onlara \u015f\u00f6yle cevap verdi: \u201cG\u00fcnah\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmemekte bir g\u00fcnaht\u0131r\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u0130mam Zeheb\u00ee -Allah ona rahmet etsin-, &#8220;Te\u015febbuhu&#8217;l-Has\u00ees bi Ehli&#8217;l-Ham\u00ees&#8221;; s: 46&#8217;da \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8220;Nevruz&#8217;a gelince, M\u0131s\u0131r halk\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya giderek bu g\u00fcn\u00fc kutlamaktad\u0131rlar. Nevruz, K\u0131bt\u00eelerin y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc olup onlar bu g\u00fcn\u00fc bayram olarak kutlamaktad\u0131rlar. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar da bu konuda onlara benzemektedirler.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">M\u00e2liki \u00e2limlerinden \u0130bn-i K\u00e2sim; &#8220;m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n, bir hristiyan\u0131n bayram g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ona bir \u015fey hediye etmesini \u00e7irkin g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n, onun bayram\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fccetmek, ona tazim g\u00f6stermek ve onun k\u00fcfr\u00fcne yard\u0131m etmek olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde bayramlar\u0131nda k\u00e2firlere benzemek c\u00e2iz de\u011fildir. Onlara bu konuda benzeyen m\u00fcsl\u00fcmana yard\u0131m edilmez, aksine b\u00f6yle yapmas\u0131na engel olunur. Bu sebeple bir kimse, onlar\u0131n bayramlar\u0131nda \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;a ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak bir d\u00e2vet yaparsa, onun bu d\u00e2vetine ic\u00e2bet etmek gerekmez. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlardan bir kimse, di\u011fer zamanlarda yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu gelene\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak bu bayramda bir hediye verirse, \u00f6zellikle de bu hediye, onlara benzemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak bir \u015fey ise, onun hediyesi kabul edilmez.
